What Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
When you use our intake form or purchase a report, we collect:
- Your company's website domain
- Your email address
- Your company's name, industry, size, and current technology stack (as confirmed by you)
- Your stated vendor evaluation priorities and requirements
- Contact form submissions, including your name, email, and message
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, we and our third-party partners automatically collect certain information about your device and how you interact with our site. This includes:
- IP address and approximate geographic location
- Browser type, version, and operating system
- Pages visited, time spent on each page, and navigation paths
- Referring URL (the page you came from)
- Device type and screen resolution
- Actions taken on the site (clicks, form interactions, scroll depth)
This data is collected through cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies described in the Cookie Policy section below.
Third-party enrichment data
When you enter your company domain, we query Apollo.io — a third-party business data provider — to retrieve publicly available firmographic information about your company (company name, estimated employee count, industry, and headquarters location). This data is used solely to pre-populate your research brief and inform your report.
Payment information
All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card number, bank details, or full payment information. Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled: stripe.com/privacy.
